Nurture Tree Academy was founded over five years ago, inspired by a love for community cricket. Since then, it has evolved into a holistic space where children and adolescents learn to build resilience, purpose, and confidence—qualities they need to thrive in a world often dominated by instant gratification, screen time, and sedentary lifestyles. At this vital stage of development, our programs provide the tools for lasting transformation.
We are committed to creating inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally responsive programs that ensure every young person feels supported, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Our Core Values
Respect, integrity, kindness, compassion, hard work, gratitude, and responsibility form the foundation of everything we do. We encourage children to make daily choices aligned with these values, even when it means resisting the pull of comfort and ease. Importantly, we see children’s success as a shared responsibility: what is learned on the field must be reinforced off the field. That’s why we encourage parents and carers to model and practice the same values in their own interactions.
Our Story
Nurture Tree is the vision of our founder and head coach, Puru Rathore, whose journey as a cricketer, psychology academic, and corporate executive across diverse cultures shaped the academy’s philosophy. Our programs are built on a deep understanding of modern challenges—technology, social change, and shifting relationships—while equipping the next generation with timeless skills and values.
At its heart, Nurture Tree is about giving children the greatest gift: the lived experience of care, purpose, discipline, consistency and self-efficacy—qualities no money can buy, but which shape a lifetime of success and fulfilment.
